Equitable Building Electrification Fund
A Collaboration for Frontline Communities
About Us
The Equitable Building Electrification Fund Governance Assembly
A group of individuals and organizational partners have provided leadership, thought partnership, and funding resources in the development of the
Equitable Building Electrification Fund.
The community practitioner and philanthropic partners worked together to center equity and people in the removal of fossil fuels from buildings and collectively developed Principles of Transformative Partnership and a Governance Structure for the EBE Fund to meet that intent.
These partners created a new participatory funding mechanism to build power for community controlled funds and meaningfully transform the homes of millions of Americans living in frontline communities.
